Terma & Syarat Untuk Pemegang Tiket
- Tiket yang telah dijual tidak boleh dikembalikan.
- Tiket hanya sah pada tarikh dan masa perjalan untuk syarikat bas yang tertera.
- Sebarang pindaan tidak dibenarkan.
- Hanya pemegang tiket yang sah sahaja dibenarkan turun ke Balai Perlepasan.
- Penumpang dikehendaki berada di Balai Perlepasan 30minit sebelum waktu berlepas.
- Sila simpan tiket untuk tujuan pemeriksaan.
- Pihak terminal dan syarikat bas tidak akan bertanggungjawab ke atas kehilangan, kerosakan atau kemusnahan tiket.
- Syarikat bas berhak menukar jadual perjalanan bas tanpa makluman awal kepada penumpang dan pihak terminal tidak akan memberi jaminan ke atas pembatalan dan kelewatan bas.
- Pihak terminal dan syarikat bas tidak akan bertanggungjawab ke atas sebarang kerosakan dan/atau kehilangan barangan penumpang.
- Barangan berbahaya dan terlarang tidak dibenarkan di dalam bas.
- Terma & syarat dari syarikat bas akan diutamakan dari terma & syarat ini.
- Terma & syarat akan dikemaskinikan tanpa notis awal.
Terms & Conditions For Ticket Bus Holder
- Tickets sold are not returnable / refundable.
- Tickets are valid for bus on the date and time shown only.
- Change on time, date and seat numbers are not permitted.
- Only ticket holders are allowed into the Departure Hall.
- Passengers must be at the Departure Hall 30 minutes before departure time.
- Please keep your ticket for inspection.
- Damaged or Loss of tickets will not be entertained.
- Bus companies have the right to change the departure schedule without prior notice and no guarantees are given for cancellation of buses or bus delayed.
- The terminal and the bus company are not responsible for any theft and /or damage to passengers' goods.
- Dangerous and illegal goods are prohibited on the bus.
- Terms and conditions of the bus operator will supersede this T&C.
- This terms & conditions is subject to change without prior notice.
